Trippie Redd , real name Michael Lamar White IV , is an American rapper and recording artist. He is best known for his singles “ Love Scars ” and “ Dark Knight Dummo ” which reached the top of the charts in no time. He was born and raised in difficult conditions and grew up without a father. The latter being in prison at the time of his birth, Trippie Redd was raised by a single mother. He grew up listening to the contemporary rap music she played in their house. He released his first album, “ Life's a Trip ” in 2018. A true commercial success , the single debuted at number four on the Billboard 200 chart and sold 72,000 copies in the first week.
